The Cottages are both detached and in a peaceful setting,
located in the west end of Ballater and within minutes of
excellent restaurants and shops,
and an ideal base for hillwalking, cycling, fishing, golfing,
skiing, historic castles and the Malt Whisky Trail etc.
Both cottages have been furnished
to a very good standard with electric heating throughout,
fully equipped kitchen, colour television and
video, CD / radio / cassette.

of the north east of Scotland including nearby Balmoral Castle, the Royal family's holiday residence.


It's Easy to get Here!
The most popular way is by car because once here it's the easiest way to explore this beautiful area of Scotland.
From the South: Take the A93 from Perth through Glenshee and Braemar to Ballater.
From the East: Leave Aberdeen on the A93 west to Ballater.
From the North and West: Through Inverness or Aviemore to Grantown on Spey.
Then take the A939 through Tomintoul to Ballater.
